At Casava Ventures Pvt. Ltd., we strive to provide a seamless customer experience. This policy outlines the procedures for cancellation, returns, and refunds.

The terms “we”, “us”, “our”, “Casava”, “Buyhomemade” and “Casava Ventures Pvt. Ltd.” refer to Casava Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

Buyhomemade is a service under its parent company- Casava Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

2. Return and Exchange Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if:

• The item was damaged upon delivery.
• The wrong item was delivered.
• Food products can be returned within 24 hours of receiving the order. Other products can be returned within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• The product expires upon arrival (if applicable).

We process refunds only under specific conditions. In all the above-mentioned scenarios, we will exchange your product for the correct one.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind.
• Minor packaging damage that doesn’t affect product quality.
• Perishable items, unless spoiled or damaged.
• Items used or consumed after delivery
• Carelessness by the customer side

3. Refunds Process

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We will refund the product only if

• The wrong product is delivered, which differs completely from the description.
• The quality standard of the product is not as promised.
• If the product is not delivered within the given timeframe without any notice from our side.

Include:

• Order number
• Photos of the damaged/incorrect item
• Description of the issue

Upon verification, we will:

• Issue a refund to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
• Offer store credit, or
• Arrange a replacement (subject to availability)

4. Cancellations

You can cancel your order at any time before we process the order. The processing of the order starts the next working day of placing the order.

How to Cancel:

To cancel your order, please log into your account, go to the 'My Orders' section, and select the 'Cancel Order' option.

Refund for Cancellation:

If you cancel a prepaid order, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs.

For other return reasons (if applicable), the buyer may bear the return shipping.
