Buyhomemade is a service under its parent company- Casava Ventures Pvt. Ltd.
All orders are processed within next working day (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation. You will receive another notification when your order is processed and shipped.
Buyhomemade may impose delivery & handling fees and taxes from time to time.
Buyhomemade endeavors to fulfil orders on time, but the actual delivery time may differ from the delivery time stated at the time of placing the order. Delivery delays will be communicated by Buyhomemade.
Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of processing the order, not the date of order. Delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances or location. We currently ship only within Kochi, Kerala.

If you receive a product that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or is different from its description, it is returnable within the applicable return window, i.e., food products can be returned within 24 hours of receiving the order. Other products can be returned within 48 hours of receiving the order
For such items, Buyhomemade will provide a full refund or replacement, as applicable. Buyhomemade may contact you to verify the damage or defect before processing the refund or replacement and reserves the right to pick up the product for this assessment.
